One off-project by Julian Cope and Chris Olley, whilst experimenting together at Chris' house. Julian chose to go under pseudonyms due to unwanted comparisons and links to Six By Seven (Chris' band at the time) and didn't even tell Chris about the album release initially. The pair later become Fuck Me USA, which had a more guitar based orientation, however Julian left before they recorded anything and Chris recruited and ex-band mate to carry on that project with, also under pseudonyms.
