Martin Brushane

Born on January 4, 1946. A Finnish jazz drummer, trumpeter and recording engineer.

Martin Brushane started his career in 1960's in The Savages. He also played in The Islanders and The Sounds. He had also bands of his own, the most known of the was Martin Brushane Big Band, founded in 1967.

In 1974 he founded a recording studio with Robi De Godzinsky, called BG Studio. After a couple of years he continued alone and the name was changed to Studio Brushane. He continued working as a recording engineer until his death on August 5, 2008.

He used a pseudonym Kari Tammi.
