In The Netherlands, record company WEA mailed out copies of this album to Dutch record store owners together with a press kit that contained a letter from the sales manager, a biography and press clippings. The accompanying letter contained an invitation to a Gail Ann Dorsey live concert in Paradiso, Amsterdam on January 20th, 1989. The promotional copies were simply free copies of the official release and were sent out in December 1988; they did not come with white labels or different artwork. Scans of the press kit are available in images.
