The work exists in two variants: as (1) music for the audiobook “Le Grand Jeu” (Musique pour “Le Grand Jeu”), dealing with the artistic group of the same name (contemporaries and somewhat competitors of Breton's surrealists, founded in 1927 in France) and as (2) a separate album “Le Grand Jeu”, which, in addition to the basic parts (Partie 1-4), also contains an introductory short entry and a final epilogue (here).
