This 3-LP set comes in a black 12x12 inch box set with banana. There are deluxe copies with red letters on the box, some with silver letters, white letters (this one) and other with gold with banana sticker (tip on the right). They contain a counterfeit of Nico's first 45 (on Immediate label) and two xerox booklets: Souvenir of Discography (compilation of Velvet Underground press articles) and Buried Treasure! (originally published in What Goes On #2). Later copies came with a silkscreened gold banana (tip of the banana to the left) and white letters and no extras.
