First pressing: limited to 500 copies on black vinyl - came without insert. (this)
Second pressing: limited to 500 copies on black vinyl with different sleeve (better yet: different cover-art) and insert.
There also was a split-double-LP version, which came in a silk-screened sleeve with totally different artwork. This was limited to 100 copies, the other LP of the package was The Manikins Crocodiles; this was released for both bands' tour of Europe.
