There is uncertainty about the participation of William White Jr. in the June 1940 session.

Tracks 1 to 10 are from an America Dances short-wave trans-Atlantic radio broadcast from CBS to BBC, which was recorded on June 10 and aired on June 12, 1940. The show was recorded at CBS studios in New York, with acetates sent to BBC for later rebroadcast.

Tracks 11 and 12 were recorded at NBC studios, Sunset Blvd. & Vine St., Los Angeles, CA for the NBC broadcast Kraft Music Hall on Thursday, January 16, 1941. Information in the CD booklet is incorrect for these tracks.
