Release commissioned by pharmaceutical company Wyeth, the producer of sleep medication under the trademark name Normison. These copies were handed out as a promotional item for doctors and pharmacies to either recommend or sell the Normison brand. The medication is described inside the gatefold cover [see images]. Year of release not printed anywhere on release, but probably released in the mid- to late seventies.

The right panel of the gatefold cover contained a Normison 20 sample, which could be 'ripped out' of the panel with a tear-open strip, cut in the cover's cardboard [see images].
